Nyx 50% off Haul!

Hello lovelies! sorry ive been mia the past couple of days due to the memorial day weekend. ive been busy with my family and didnt have time to post on here. but anyway, when i woke up this morning i checked my status on my nyx package and it said it was already delivered! yaay! so i ran downstairs and opened the front door and there it was! i immediately opened it and was super excited to see the goodies i got. so here they are!...
Top: 10 eyeshadow palette from the Runway collection in Champagne and Caviar. I'm super excited to use this palette cause i love neutral looks! i'll post up a picture when i do play with this palette!
Bottom left: Photo-Loving Primer for Anti-Redness. My first impression of this was that it was small. i thought it was going to be so much bigger and was kind of a little disappointed but at least i only got it for half price! i will definitely do a review on this when i try it out.
Bottom Right: Eyebrow Cake Powder in Taupe/Ash. This product also disappointed me. i love nyx's eyebrow powders but the poroduct on this is soo small now. i have their old one that doesnt have the wax part and there was so much product with it and now its only half the size. pretty disappointing and it retails for about $6 dollars now too? i think thats overpriced for the eyebrow cake powder.

i bought these items when NYX sent their customers the 50% off plus free shipping code due to their little mix up during the 12th year anniversary sale that barely anyone got to buy from. overall i'm happy that my products are here and a little disappointed on the cake powder but i am truely excited to test them out. thanks for reading and enjoy!

Disclaimer: i paid for everything i bought! =)

Eye Makeup of the Day May 26.

Hey guys, so this is my eye makeup of the day today. i call it the "smoked salmon" (haha). i used NYX eyeshadow Salmon on my lid and used the Wet 'n' Wild's color icon palette in vanity for the dark brown for the outter corner and the lighter brown as a crease. oh and for my brow highlight i used NYX eyeshadow in creamy. Enjoy and let me know if you love it or hate it! =)

Mini ELF Haul and Review

Hey guys! First off i want to Welcome my new followers to my blog! Thank you guys for supporting my in my blog as im just starting up and i hope you guys enjoy reading my posts. =) Don't be shy to leave comments on my posts for suggestions on what you guys would like to see in my blog. I'm pretty open minded so i'm open to any ideas just leave comments down below and i'll be sure to get to them! =)

Today when i got home from work i saw that my ELF order was in the mailbox and i was super excited that it was already here! i ordered it last wednesday and i got it exactly a week after. ELF has gotten so much better at their shipping cause i remmeber it used to take 2-3 weeks when i first started ordering from them 2 years ago. So anyways, back to my mini haul. The items i ordered was Studio Powder Brush (i know, another one.. haha i'm telling ya im obsessed with them!), the Studio Kabuki Face Brush, another Studio Mist and Set, and two Eyebrow Stencils. oh! they also sent me an eyeshadow quad in drama for free for referring three friends when i checked out. that was very nice of them! ok so now for the reviews and picture..

Top left: Mist and Set $3.00   Top Right: Kabuki Face Brush $5.00
Bottom left: Powder Brush $3.00   Bottom Right: Eyebrow Stencil $1.00 each
Mist and Set: I've only used this for two days from getting my other one and so far i am loving it. im not too sure about the staying power of it with making my make up last longer but it does help refresh my face when i need a little boost of moisture or a little refreshing. It was three dollars so its not that bad and i've been wanting to try it so im happy i got my hands on them! so far i would rate it a 3.5-4 out of 5.

Studio Kabuki Face Brush: LOVE this brush!! it is soo soft! i thought it was going to be bigger but it's actually an okay size. i just tried it with my mac studio fix powder and it helps give such a good coverage and its nice to use for buffing in the powder. i give this a 5 out of 5!

Flat Top Powder Brush: you guys already know i love love love this brush! my review on it is just under this post so ch-ch-ch-check it out! =)

Eyebrow Stencils:   I originally bought one for my mom and thought to myself hey, why not just get one for yourself since they're only a dollar. and so i went ahead and ordered one for myself to try. my eyebrows are decently shaped on its own i just fill them in a little in the sparse areas so when i tried it out on my eyebrows i didn't see too much of a difference from how i usually fill them in without the stencils and with the stencil. i did have to trim the plastic thingy that you put on your eyebrows cause it was hitting my eyelashes and it was bothering me when i was trying it out. i'll prolly use these when i have extra time to spend when i do my eyebrows but not on a daily basis. but for a buck, you cant ever go wrong. overall i give this a 4 out of 5.

That concludes my mini Elf haul and review and i hope you guys enjoyed it! stay tuned for more and dont forget to share with your friends and subscribe! =)

Elf Studio Powder Brush Review

ELF powder brush $3.00
i LOVE LOVE LOVE this brush! i have three of these brushes and one more coming in the mail. i use this brush for just about anything. i use it for blush, liquid foundation, powder foundation and just about anything. this brush is so versatile and it's only 3 dollars! eyeslipsface always has such good coupons out and i always find myself ordering one of these everytime i make a purchase. its so soft and doesnt shed at all. if you dont have an elf flat top powder brush i suggest you order yourself one! it's truely a must have brush in your make up kit!!

NYX Brow Cake review

Hey guys, so this one is going to by my review on the NYX brow powder in brown/darkbrown. I first had the Taupe/Ash color but i ran out of that one so now i got the brown combination. i love nyx's brow powder, the colors make my eyebrows so much better looking. i use this on a daily basis and i cant leave the house without fixing my eyebrows! my eyebrows arent too thin but they are sparse in some areas so i use this to fill them in and create beautiful looking eyebrows. i will for sure post up a picture of my brows as soon as i find the wires to my camera =X. anyways, i'm also waiting for my package from NYX from their 50% off sale so i will for sure do a haul post and review on the items that i got! stay tuned for more! don't forget to subscribe and follow me on twitter @lovebeautytrini.

Very small haul

hey ladies! So last week i kind of went online shopping crazy for make up products. (haha) i ended up ordering from E.L.F, Coastal Scents, and also NYX cosmetics. Yesterday one item from my ELF order came in the mail as well as my coastal scents order. I'll be sharing with you guys the three things that did come in the mail yesterday. =)

First up is my eyeslipsface Mist and Set. My first impression was that it was very small but for 3 dollars its good enough for me. I am hoping that it will be like the MAC fix+ so that i won't have to go buy MAC cause they're pretty pricey and this can be a great alternative. I haven't actually got to try it out yet but i will definitely do a review for you guys once i try it out for a couple of days.

Divine Taklon Liner and Pro Blending Fluff Brush
Next up are my coastal scents brushes. i only bought two brushes this time because i've been wanting to get the pro blending brush that has been out of stock for a while and when i checked last friday on their site they finally had it! i was so stoked that they had it and immediately ordered it cause they might run out of it again. The other brush is the divine taklon liner and i've been looking for a good angle brush to use for my eyebrows and also for eyeliner. i'm not quite sure if i'll be using this for my eyebrows or eyeliner since i have yet to try it out also. i will also be doing a review on these brushes once i start using them.

You can get the Mist and Set at Eyeslipsface.com and the brushes at CoastalScents.com. Thank you ladies for reading and show some love by subscribing! till next time!
